Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is defective upon arrival

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order along with your order details and product images.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement depending on product availability.
